Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.

Exception: If you receive a defective or wrong item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

• Order number and delivery details
• Contact our customer support immediately

Verified cases will be eligible for replacement or full refund. Please check your order carefully upon delivery.

Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.

• Cancellation requests after 12 hours will not be entertained
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled
• Refund for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days
